Often times when I go to the gym with my friends we get caught up in talking about muscle supplements. It seems as if everyone uses a different tactic when it comes to these and what I've learned is that the simplest strategy works best. 1.) Creatine - creating is probably one of the most raved about muscle supplements because it is very bioavailable and also very powerful at recovering damaged muscle tissue. I've personally used creatine for years and have found that my workout recovery time is cut in half as opposed to not taking anything.


2.) Glutamine - Glutamine is a natural aminoacid that your body creates by itself but often even the amount that itcreates is not enough to balance a tough workout. You can get glutamineanywhere and I usually shop the generic health stores.
