Well, today my granddaughter told me I was a "big" happy grandmother.  I asked what she meant by big.  She stated, "You're big, Grandma-ma; but, you're the best Grandma-ma in the world."  Wow, what a wake-up call! 
So, I went online seeking what products were available for healthy weight loss.  I came across a product called Advocare which sounded well tested, offered good results, and was healthy.  I ordered the Advocare MNS@Max 3 Kit.  This kit is supposed to be a comprehensive weight loss system.

It has been a long time since I felt the need to lose weight; but, if the shoe fits, I must put it on!  The good thing is it has been a slow weight gain; and, regardless of what my Granddaughter says, I do not have that much to loose.  Weight loss supplements will be part of my every day life for a while, and I will continue to exercise.  I love to swim, and we have a pool!  Eventually, I might need muscle supplements...perhaps I'll get a six-pack, go into competition for my age group...you just never know!
